Because the Bible does not explicitly spell out how to call a pastor, committees tend to lean to their own understanding by doing the things that the workplace does. And when they do that they tend make an employment process out of a spiritual journey. This course will provide the biblical guidance needed so that every member has what is needed to run a successful pastoral search.

This step-by-step guide makes setting up your account on P4BC exceptionally simple. It will address each line and entry. Explaining what is being sought and giving you the opportunity to write it down on paper BEFORE you enter a single character on the computer. The objective is to do the largest portion of your planning, thinking, and organizing in advance.
