There is never a right way to do the wrong thing.  But so many times pastoral search processes go wrong.  The consequences are of being wrong are too high and hurtful for everyone.  But we know that our Lord is a rewarder of them who diligently seek Him.  So, we want every candidate to focus on accomplishing this mission in a way that is pleasing to God.

We introduce pastoral candidates to black churches seeking a pastor.  Until now, there have been no effective and comprehensive national tools to assist our black churches and our pastors find each other.  When churches try to use the big online job search boards their listings tend to get lost behind the corporate jobs of multi-million dollar operation who pay dearly to be seen first.

ultimately, this is a road that every church and every candidate will have to travel on their own.  So, we have made it our responsibility to teach and show the "hows" and "whys" of the Pastoral Search process.  The objective is to not let ambition and excitement cause a candidate to "get out of the proper lane."  Understanding why you're doing what you're doing makes all the difference in the world.
